赵能桂，安徽舒城县人，硕士生导师。主要研究工作集中在物流与供应链管理，动态定价及库存管理等。

学术研究思路：通过观察实际管理现象或者阅读文献发现研究问题，建立数理模型并运用优化理论等方法分析模型，期望得出重要的有实际价值的管理启示。

近年来，先后主持或参加国家自然科学基金委青年项目、国家自然科学基金委面上项目等，以第一作者和通讯作者在European Journal of Operational Research, Omega, Journal of the Operational Research Society, Annals of Operations Research, Computers & Industrial Engineering等国际权威期刊发表多篇学术论文。受邀担任European Journal of Operational Research, Journal of the Operational Research Society, Annals of Operations Research, Computers & Industrial Engineering等多个国际权威期刊及国际会议期刊的匿名审稿人。
