I am Shuwan Zhu, a lecturer and master’s thesis supervisor with a Ph.D. in Management.My research focuses on service operations management, healthcare management, production scheduling, logistics, and supply chain management. Artificial intelligence, operations research and optimization, and heuristic algorithms are applied to address real-world problems in healthcare management.
