徐小明,男,博士,合肥工业大学副教授、硕士研究生导师,美国南加州大学联合培养博士生,香港理工大学博士后。主讲《运筹学》、《城市轨道交通系统运营与管理》等本科生课程和《高等数学规划》、《交通系统建模与算法》等研究生课程。主要研究领域为交通运输组织理论与方法、运筹学和最优化方法。研究内容涉及公交/列车时刻表优化、乘务排班计划优化、车辆(动车组、公交车、货车等)运用计划优化、烟草系统运作管理以及高速公路运营管理等。近年来,先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年科学基金项目、中国博士后科学基金面上资助项目、安徽省自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、轨道交通控制与安全国家重点实验室(北京交通大学)开放课题、合肥工业大学“学术新人计划”以及烟草物流咨询等项目。在《Transportation Research Part B\C》、《Journal of Scheduling》、《Applied Mathematical Modelling》、《Journal of Rail and Rapid Transit》、《Journal of Advanced Transportation》、《铁道学报》等国内外期刊发表论文20余篇,荣获2022 INFORMS RAS PSC国际比赛第三名。现任《Transportation Research Part B\C\E》、《IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems》、《Applied Mathematical Modelling》以及《运筹与管理》、《控制与决策》等国内外期刊审稿人,兼任管理科学与工程学会交通运输管理分会执行秘书长、安徽省非线性科学学会理事以及合肥轨道集团特聘专家等。代表性论文列表:[1] Xu, Z., Xu, X.(*), Long, J., Sheng, M., Liu, Z., 2024.
