基于结构阻抗优化UKF的锂离子电池SOC估计

Abstract:传统二阶RC模型忽略了电池组焊接、汇流排等连接结构引入的阻抗效应,导致Pack级荷电状态(SOC)估计偏差。针对上述问题,提出结构阻抗优化的无迹卡尔曼滤波(UKF)估计方法,在等效电路中显式引入结构阻抗参数Rg并结合自适应观测噪声协方差策略。16串LiFePO4锂离子电池组仿真结果表明:平均均方根误差(RMSE)改善25.44%,高阻抗单体(第9串)的平均RMSE改善68.99%,串间SOC偏差改善超过70%。结构阻抗建模可提升Pack级SOC估计精度与串间一致性,为电池管理系统(BMS)精确建模提供理论依据。
