Abstract:锂离子电池内部电化学反应复杂,外部应用场景随机多变,使得车载锂离子电池 SOC 估计的准确性低、鲁棒性弱。提出一种基于卷积神经网络(CNN)-门控循环单元(GRU)-注意力机制混合网络的车载锂离子电池 SOC 估计方法。首先,进行实车数据预处理,获取可用的放电片段;然后,采用皮尔逊-斯皮尔曼特征双准则分析,选择出3个与SOC具有强相关性的简单特征作为混合网络的输入;最后,构建混合网络,并分别在北方和南方地区的实车运行数据上进行测试。实验结果表明,SOC估计的平均绝对误差与均方根误差均小于1. 6%,验证了该方法的可行性与有效性。
