2005年获得中国科学院固体物理研究所博士学位，入职合肥工业大学微电子学院，在加拿大多伦多大学做访问学者一年，获合肥工业大学师德先进个人称号。近年来主要从事信息功能器件及相关光电系统开发方面的研究工作，在IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices，IEEE Electron Device Letters，ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, J. Mater. Chem. C, Appl. Phys. Lett.等重要国际国内期刊发表学术论文40余篇（其中第一作者或通讯作者论文20篇），申请中国发明专利19项（第一申请人身份12项)，培养省级优秀研究生一名，获国家奖学金一名。 More>
