马海春，1983年生，安徽滁州人，博士、副教授、博士生导师、硕士生导师。2011年至今在合肥工业大学资源与环境工程学院工作 。

With long-term research experience in rock structural deformation and fracture seepage, I have presided over and participated in over 10 national natural science foundation projects and horizontal projects.
