马海春，1983年生，安徽滁州人，博士、副教授、硕士生导师。2011年至今在合肥工业大学资源与环境工程学院工作 。
长期从事岩石结构面变形、裂隙渗流等研究，先后在IJRMMS、RMRE、EG、POF、GSE等期刊发表SCI学术论文50余篇，其中第一及通讯作者发表论文24篇。

Haichun Ma, born in 1983 in Chuzhou, Anhui Province, is a doctor, associate professor and master tutor. Since 2011, he has been working at the School of Resources and Environmental Engineering, Hefei University of Technology. He is a member of the Geological Engineering Technical Working Committee of the Chinese Society of Rock Mechanics and Engineering, and a young editorial board member of Rock Mechanics Bulletin.
