Awarded a Ph.D. in Engineering (Materials Physics) from the University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB) in 2021. 

Research interests include: radiation damage in materials,  transmission electron microscopy, powder metallurgy materials, and metallic materials.

Authored over 40 publications in peer-reviewed journals including Acta MaterialiaJournal of Nuclear MaterialsMaterials CharacterizationNuclear FusionNuclear Materials and Energy, and Journal of Alloys and Compounds.

Research Areas

Radiation Damage in Materials: Investigates the generation, evolution, and interactions (e.g., with other defects) of irradiation-induced defects using high-energy ion and electron irradiation of model alloys (neutron irradiation not feasible). Focuses on the effects of irradiation defects on material properties, primarily post-irradiation mechanical and physical property responses.

Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM): Conducts microstructural characterization via TEM and related techniques, emphasizing characterization methods and data processing.

Powder Metallurgy Materials: Focuses on manufacturing composite materials via powder metallurgy techniques, including ODS steels, ODS copper, and tungsten alloys.

Advanced Metallic Materials: Studies the preparation, processing, and performance optimization of structural materials (e.g., steels, vanadium alloys), investigating the influence mechanisms of microstructural evolution on key mechanical properties.
