主要负责《绿色合成化学》《精细有机合成化学》《精细化工工艺学》《专业实验》等本科课程的教学工作,《绿色合成化学》《精细化工工艺学》课程教学的负责人,参与《有机合成化学》《有机电子学》《大学生创新创业教育》《毕业设计》《基础合成实验》等的教学工作。指导多项省级及校级大学生创新创业项目,并取得优异的成绩。指导的研究生毕业后进入蔚来汽车,江淮汽车,中国石油,长存储,远景动力等企业从事研发工作,本科生进入万华化学,广信农化等企业从事研发工作。

目前主持多项科研项目,包括:国家自然科学基金青年项目(2025-2027),安徽省自然科学基金(2023-2025),教育部春晖计划国际合作项目(2023-2025),安徽省博士后科研资助(2023-2025)。
