Abstract:基于LS-DynaR8.0 软件平台建立CLA16F/M 钢燃料元件电磁渐进成形电磁场-结构场顺序耦合有限元-边界元模型,对不同放电电压、内外管间隙以及外管壁厚条件下燃料芯体多道次电磁渐进成形过程进行仿真分析与样件试制,研究其局部塑性流动及缺陷形成规律,并多方位表征其成形质量。结果显示过大的放电电压会导致变形区域向集磁器两端集中,覆管与基管碰撞加剧,引发截面畸变;过小的放电电压无法激发覆管与基管碰撞、变形与贴合,从而导致连接失效。合理选择覆管-基管间隙可以有效避免失稳起皱与壁厚不均匀缺陷。经过模拟燃料元件电磁渐进成形多参数优化,实现了全流程高质量精确成形与缺陷控制,试件覆管-基管贴合精度达到10 μm。
