Course Introduction:本课程引入了数字集成电路层次化设计的概念和不同的抽象层次。从半导体器件的模型开始讲授，包括然后是导线的RC模型，进而构建反相器、组合逻辑和时序逻辑等的各个抽象层次。反相器是所有数字集成电路设计的核心，所以本课程的重点是反相器的设计，本课程的实验重点是设计和分析反相器的静态性能和动态性能。主要内容包括集成电路的发展规律和设计方法、萨之唐方程、导线的RC模型、反相器的性能分析、组合逻辑门的逻辑努力以及不同实现方法、时序逻辑电路的设计与性能分析等。
