合肥工业大学微电子学院副教授，硕士生导师，安徽省教坛新秀，1981年4月出生，1998-2002年四川大学物理系本科学习，2004-2007年合肥工业大学微电子学院硕士学习，2012-2015年中国科技大学信息学院博士学习，中国科技大学电子科学与技术博士后学习。主要研究射频集成电路设计，主持和参加国家自然基金、中国博士后基金等科研项目多项，在国内外期刊上发表射频电路相关论文40余篇。
