文韬，教授，博士生导师，入选国家级青年人才、中国科协青年人才托举工程，IEEE PES 变压器技术委员会（中国）故障防御技术分委会副主席，CIGRE JWG A1/A2/A3/B1.44工作组成员，中国电工技术学会青年工作委员会委员，高电压与绝缘技术青年学组委员。主要从事变压器绝缘失效机理与抗短路能力评估、先进光学传感技术、电力设备故障诊断方法及应用、气体绝缘与放电理论、大功率脉冲源技术等研究。主持国家重点研发计划课题1项、国家自然科学基金4项（联合基金重点、面上、青年、专项）、中国博士后科学基金1项、云南省揭榜制项目课题1项，发表高水平论文50余篇，授权发明专利20余项。相关研究成果获陕西省科学技术进步一等奖（排名2）、中国电源...
