文 韬，研究员，工学博士，黄山青年学者，中国科协青年人才托举工程入选者，CIGRE JWG A1/A2/A3/B1.44工作组成员，中国电工技术学会青年工作委员会委员，高电压与绝缘技术青年学组委员。主要从事变压器短路故障绝缘失效机理与抗短路能力评估、先进光学传感技术、电力设备故障诊断方法及应用、气体绝缘与放电理论、大功率脉冲源技术等研究。主持国家重点研发计划课题1项、国家自然科学基金3项（面上、青年、专项）、中国博士后科学基金1项、云南省揭榜制项目课题1项、企事业委托科技项目10余项，参与国家重点研发计划1项、国家自然科学基金智能电网联合基金1项。以第一作者或通讯作者发表高水平论文30余篇，授权发明专利20余项，主编中国电机工...
