  • Course Introduction:《光电材料与器件》主要介绍光电子系统信息传输与处理各环节所采用器件的基本原理、基本特性等。系统全面地介绍光电子系统中常用的半导体发光、固体激光、光纤、非线性光学、光调制、光电探测以及光电显示方面的相关材料及典型器件。另外,还适当加入了一些相关领域近年来的最新研究进展和应用成果,主要包括光子晶体、超材料、表面等离子体激元等新型微纳光电子材料与器件。该课程是对物质微观结构、基本理论及思想方法的深入理解和应用。教学目的在于使学生加深以前必修课的理解,提高运用物质结构基本原理和方法来分析问题和解决问题的能力。
