  • Course Introduction:主要介绍目前应用比较成熟的单晶材料,包括半导体单晶、光学单晶、激光单晶、磁致伸缩单晶以及陶瓷单晶材料,主要涉及单晶材料的晶体结构、物理特性及工业应用,在此基础上,这五类单晶材料的主要熔体生长技术及其原理,包括:Bridgman技术、提拉法以及区熔法,最后介绍单晶的性能表征方法。
