氢同位素行为研究

在未来聚变装置运行阶段,燃料氢同位素(氘和氚)被加热到极高的温度从而克服库仑排斥力,并在超导线圈产生的磁场约束下实现聚变反应,产生大束流(~1024 m2)氦和高能(14 MeV)中子。在此环境下,燃料粒子不断冲刷面向等离子体材料,产生氢同位素溶解、扩散、渗透等复杂的动力学行为,给芯部等离子体的密度控制及燃烧效率带来不确定性。同时,由于氚的放射性,其滞留在材料中,不仅会带来燃料损失,更会导致放射性污染,严重危害聚变堆的安全。另一方面,在聚变产物氦和中子的作用下,面向等离子体材料将累积高浓度离位损伤,同时伴有氦在不同区域的团聚,这些都会对氘氚的输运动力学行为产生显著影响。可见,准确理解氢同位素及氦与材料的相互作用对未来聚变堆的设计、运行参数的制定、以及新型聚变堆材料的研发都具有重要意义。
