Dr. Xiaohui Song got his Ph.D from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2016. Then Dr. Song got his postdoctoral training at University of Illinois at Urbana-champaign (2016-2018) and University of California, Berkeley (2018-2020). Dr. Song is an associate professor of Material Science and Engineering at Hefei University of Technology in China since from 2021 summer. Dr. Song’s research interests include the design of materials/molecules being applied in lithium-ion batteries and Li-S batteries, synthesis of separator, in-situ liquid phase TEM imaging and atomic resolution electron tomography techniques which are used to study physical and chemical properties of surface/interface of battery related materials.
