个人简介
黎洁,工学博士,计算机与信息学院信息与通信工程系副教授,博士生导师,硕士生导师。安徽省教坛新秀,安徽省通信学会理事,先后主持多项国家面上自然科学基金,国家青年自然科学基金、国家电网科技项目和企业委托项目等,获安徽省省级科技成果奖,长期致力于无线网络数据传输的理论和应用研究,在IEEE Transaction on Multimedia、IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology、ACM Transactions on Multimedia Computing Communications and Applications、IEEE Communications Letters、等国内外知名期刊以及IEEE Infocom、ACM MobiSys、ACM MMSys、IEEE ICC等一流国际会议上发表论文五十余篇。
主讲省级MOOC示范课程《信息论与编码》,主编教材1部,“信息传输省级教学创新团队“的核心成员,获第三届全国高校教师教学创新大赛省级二等奖,安徽省教学成果二等奖、安徽省“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛优秀指导教师奖、校教师教学创新大赛一等奖,校青年教师讲课比赛三等奖及学生评教优秀奖。
主要研究方向为:多媒体通信,视频流传输,无线视频多播。

2016年赴华盛顿大学电子系访学。
2012年赴日本国立情报学研究所访学。
2011年7月进入合肥工业大学通信工程系任教。
2011年6月于中国科学技术大学获通信与信息系统专业博士学位。
2006年6月于中国科学技术大学获电子信息工程专业学士学位。
