Dr. Ming Li is an Associate Professor and doctoral supervisor at Hefei University of Technology (HFUT), where he also holds the designation of Huangshan Scholar. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and a former Postdoctoral Fellow at Tsinghua University. Recognized among the Stanford Top 2% of the World's Most-Cited Scientists (2025), he has also been selected for the 2024–2026 Young Talent Support Program of the China Power Supply Society (CPSS).
