Adhering to the fundamental requirement of cultivating virtue and nurturing talents, and facing the major strategic needs of the country and the forefront of world scientific and technological development, we have conducted theoretical research and application practices in multi-agent collaborative optimization and intelligent decision-making by integrating the new generation of information technology with modern management theory and methods, following the research approach of "coming from management practice and returning to management practice".

We have undertaken many projects or tasks, such as the national key research and development program, the national natural science foundation and the Anhui provincial natural science foundation, and participated in many projects such as the key projects of the national natural science foundation and major scientific and technological projects of Anhui Province as key members. In addition, we have carried out cooperative research and development with multiple enterprises to promote the practical application of core technologies in power, transportation and other fields, winning two first prizes and one second prize for provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress awards.

In recent years, we have published more than 50 academic papers, obtained three authorized US invention patents, over 40 China national invention patents, and more than 10 computer software copyrights. Among the postgraduate students we have supervised, four have won national scholarships.

My research team mainly recruits PhD and academic-oriented master's students in the fields of management science and engineering and business administration, as well as professional master's students in logistics management. We welcome all students to join us!
