个人简介

郝世杰于2002年考入合肥工业大学计算机与信息学院,分别于200620092012年获得学士、硕士与博士学位。20131月起在合肥工业大学计算机与信息学院从事教学与科研工作,媒体计算实验室(LMC)团队一员。受国家留学基金委资助,15-16年赴美国北卡大学教堂山分校医学院IDEA实验室从事学术研究,合作导师为Dinggang Shen教授(IEEE/SPIE/MICCAI Fellow、现为上海科技大学特聘教授、生物医学工程学院创院院长)

在教学方面,主要从事数字信号处理方向教学。在科研方面,主要从事数字图像处理与分析、多媒体信息处理等方向研究,已发表或录用论文60余篇。目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目一项、安徽省创协协同项目一项、国家重点研发计划子课题一项,参与在研国家自然科学基金重点项目一项。主持完成国家自然科学基金面上项目一项、青年项目一项,中国博士后基金一项,校青年教师创新项目、博士专项科研资助基金项目各一项;参与完成国家自然科学基金两项、科技部863项目一项。指导硕士研究生9名,协助指导博士/硕士研究生9名。

担任International Journal of Intelligent Systems期刊特刊客座编委,担任知名学术期刊IEEE TPAMI、IEEE TIP、IEEE TCSVT、IEEE TCYBIEEE TMMIEEE TIEIEEE JSTSP、ACM CSUR、ACM TOMM、Artificial Intelligence in Medicine、Information Fusion、Information Sciences、International Journal of Intelligent Systems、IET Image ProcessingSignal Processing和知名学术会议CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、ACM MultimediaAAAI、IJCAI、ICASSPBMVCICMEMMM等期刊与会议审稿人。


教学工作:

课堂教学:数字信号处理

创新创业:与汪萌教授、洪日昌教授共同指导学院本科生于2019年--2021年连续三年获得中国大学生计算机设计大赛全国一等奖;指导学院各个专业本科生获得各类本科学生竞赛省级奖十余项。指导历届电子信息工程专业同学开展国家级、省级和校级大创项目研究,多个项目结题评价为优秀。指导2011级、2014级、2016级、2017级、2018级、2019级多位本科生以第一作者在国内外期刊发表论文7篇。

指导学生围绕“终端视觉”完成多个安卓手机APP作品,如“智拍”(获2019年度中国大学生计算机设计大赛一等奖)、“画中人”(获2020年度中国大学生计算机设计大赛一等奖)、“妙笔生画”(获2020年度安徽省数字媒体技术大赛一等奖)、“AI作画”(获2021年度中国大学生计算机设计大赛一等奖)。

获2018年度本科毕设优秀指导教师,2018年度学校优秀班主任,2019年合肥工业大学优秀共产党员,2020年合肥工业大学立德树人奖,2020年中国大学生计算机设计大赛优秀指导教师。2021-2022学年、2022-2023学年获得“学生评教优秀奖”。

2 半监督学习:基于图(Graph)结构的数据表示与关联,研究基于图的半监督学习算法,使之用于大规模视觉媒体分类等应用


3 脑影像分析:研究婴儿脑曲面分析中的关键技术环节,即在婴儿脑皮层曲面重构过程中,自动检测与修正因图像分割误差带来的曲面拓扑错误
