        郭艳蓉,安徽省合肥市人。2013年6月于合肥工业大学获得博士学位,2013年8月至2016年9月在美国北卡大学教堂山分校图像显示增强与分析实验室(IDEALAB)从事博士后研究,合作导师为Dinggang Shen教授(上海科技大学生物医学工程学院创始院长,IEEE/IAPR/MICCAI Fellow)。2016年11月起于合肥工业大学计算机与信息学院从事教学与科研工作。


        主要科研方向:1、多源异构数据协同下的精神状态分析与辅助诊断模型;2、基于卷积神经网络的深度图像预测和语义分割;3、时空超图学习:研究多源背景下复杂图像的时空统一表示与学习模型,并应用于婴幼儿脑部早期发育过程分析之中。研究成果在IEEETransactions on Medical Imaging、Medical Image Analysis、Medical Physics、MICCAI、ISBI等期刊与会议发表论文三十余篇。目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目一项、青年项目一项,安徽省自然科学基金青年项目一项,参与国家重点研发计划两项(均为子课题负责人),指导硕士研究生6名、协助指导博士生3名。
