郭晓杰Lecturer
郭晓杰，女，2018年本科毕业于哈尔滨理工大学无机非金属材料工程专业，获工学学士学位，以推荐免试身份保送至山东大学攻读硕士学位。2023年博士毕业于山东大学晶体材料国家重点实验室材料学专业，获工学博士学位。从2024年6月开始至今在合肥工业大学材料学院无机与粉体材料工程系工作，承担教学和科研任务。主要围绕新型光电功能晶体材料和宽禁带半导体晶体材料、开展晶体生长与缺陷控制、晶体物理性质表征及半导体光电器件研制以及相关的前沿探索。目前以第一作者身份或通讯作者在Advanced Functional Materials，Angewandte Chemie International Edition，Small，Inorganic Chemistry Frontiers等国际知名期刊发表学术论文10余篇，授权或申...
