王志亮:男,汉族,工学博士,二级教授、博士生导师。

2004年河海大学岩土工程专业博士毕业,随后于中国科技大学力学博士后流动站从事科研工作,2006年出站留校任副教授;2007年获亚历山大·冯·洪堡 (Alexander von Humboldt) 基金资助赴‌弗莱贝格工业大学开展合作研究,并被赋予德国“洪堡学者”称号;2008年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”,同年7月获得同济大学教授任职资格;2011年入选同济大学青年英才计划第一层次,即攀登高层次人才计划;2015年人才引进到合肥工业大学,聘为“黄山学者”特聘教授;2020~2024年担任道桥与地下工程系主任;2022和2023年度均入选全球前2%顶尖科学家“终身科学影响力榜单(career-long)”

主要从事岩土类材料力学特性与失稳破坏规律研究(如多场耦合本构、宏细观损伤演化机理及渐进破坏过程数值模拟技术等)。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、联合基金项目,教育部博士点基金项目(博导类和新教师类),中国博士后科学基金项目,中央高校基金项目及企业委托课题等30多项。

迄今,发表论文近250篇,授权国家专利和计算机软件著作权20余项,获得省部级一等奖和二等奖5项。

兼任中国岩石力学与工程学会寒区岩土力学与工程分会常务理事、岩石动力学专委会委员、红层工程分会理事、工程安全与防护分会理事、地下工程分会理事以及岩石破碎工程专委会委员等。

Zhiliang Wang: Male, Doctor of engineering, Second-level professor and doctoral supervisor.

In 2004, he graduated from Hohai University with a doctorate in geotechnical engineering, then engaged in scientific research in the postdoctoral station of mechanics at the University of Science and Technology of China, and stayed as an associate professor in 2006. In 2007, he was funded by the Alexander von Humboldt Fund to carry out cooperative research in Tu-freiberg and was awarded the title of "Humboldt Scholar". In 2008, he was selected into the "New Century Excellent Talents Support Program" of the Ministry of Education, and in July of the same year, he was qualified as a professor of Tongji University. In 2011, he was selected as the first level of Tongji University's Young Talents Program, that is, climbing high-level talents program; In 2015, he was introduced to Hefei University of Technology and hired as "Huangshan Scholar" distinguished professor; From 2020 to 2024, he served as the head of the Department of Road, Bridge and Underground Engineering; In both 2022 and 2023, he was selected for the "career long" list of the top 2% of global scientists.

He mainly engages in research on the mechanical properties and instability failure laws of geotechnical materials, such as multi-field coupled constitutive model, micro-to-macro damage evolution mechanism, and numerical simulation technique for progressive failure process.

Up to now, nearly 250 papers have been published, more than 20 national patents and computer software copyrights have been authorized, and 5 provincial and ministerial first or second prizes have been won, ……
