- Course Introduction:本课程主要讲述内容为:(1)焊接电弧的结构及其电特性;(2)弧焊工艺对弧焊电源性能的基本要求、弧焊电源的种类;(3)焊接电弧的产热特性和力学特性;(4)焊丝的熔化特性和熔滴的过渡及其控制;(5)熔池形状与焊缝、接头质量的关系,熔池形状尺寸的影响因素和影响机理;(6)埋弧焊、TIG、MIG、MAG、等离子弧焊等熔焊方法的特点,基本过程及参数控制;(7)各种焊接设备的组成、结构、工作原理及规范调节方法。
