个人简介
魏少波，博士生导师，国家自然科学基金青B项目（原国家优青）获得者，中国科学技术大学管理学博士和香港城市大学资讯系统博士。先后在香港城市大学和新加坡国立大学进行合作研究，主要研究领域包括数字化运营、数字化供应链、数字化平台、Human-AI人机协作、平台生态系统治理和创新等。以第一或通讯作者在Information Systems Research，Journal of Operations Management等UTD商学院24种顶级期刊发表论文6篇，另在FT50商学顶级期刊 Journal of Business Ethics，Decision Sciences，IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management，International Journal of Operations and Production Management，Journal of Information Technology，Industrial Marketing Management等国际权威期刊上发表论文50余篇，并有20余篇会议论文在ICIS、PACIS等国际主流会议上宣讲。目前担任国际权威期刊Information Systems Journal、Decision Sciences、Industrial Management & Data Systems副主编。
围绕数字化运营、数字化商务和数字化平台中的价值共创实践，从理论和方法上厘清了数字化价值共创和获取机制的本质。相关研究成果多次获得 ESI 前1%高被引论文、UTD24顶级期刊Journal of Operations Management 2021 Ambassador Award Honorable Mentions、中国信息经济学理论贡献奖（2016）、中国信息经济学会创新成果奖（2023）等荣誉。现主持国家自然科学基金青B项目，面上项目，青C项目（绩效评估：优秀），以及国家自然科学基金重点项目子课题等，同时还参与基金委国家创新群体和科技部国家重点研发计划等重大项目。所指导研究生获得博士研究生国家奖学金2人，硕士研究生国家奖学金7人。博士生就业单位包括南京航空航天大学、安徽大学、安徽医科大学等高校，硕士生就业单位包括政府、金融机构或前往新加坡南洋理工等海外高校继续读博深造。
