MORE+Zhong-Qiu Zhao received the Ph.D. degree in pattern recognition and intelligent system from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, in 2007. From 2008 to 2009, he held a post-doctoral position in image processing with the CNRS UMR6168 Lab Sciences de Information et des Systȿmes, La Garde, France. From 2013 to 2014, he was a Research Fellow in image processing with the Department of Computer Science, Hong Kong Baptist University, Hong Kong. He is currently a Professor with the Hefei University of Technology, Hefei. His current re- search interests include pattern recognition, image processing, and computer vision.
