激光表面织构对过盈配合界面微动损伤的影响

Abstract:采用自主研制的过盈配合微动试验装置,研究了激光表面织构对过盈配合界面在服役过程中微动损伤特性的影响. 以列车转向架为研究对象,采用激光打标机对空心轴外表面进行织构化处理,通过WPA-20型试验机对织构化试样进行微动损伤试验,研究了不同载荷频次下过盈配合界面微动损伤的演变特性. 试验结果表明:激光表面织构增强了空心轴外表面的表面强度,显著减小了空心轴外表面服役过程中的微动损伤. 分别从微观结构、残余应力和电子功函数三方面对试验结果进行分析,经过织构化处理后,试样表层材料的细晶强化和位错强化有效地提高了轴过盈配合表面强度;试样表面的残余压应力延缓了轴过盈配合表面微动损伤的扩展;同时,试样表面的电子功函数增加了4.4%,提高了表面材料的抗剥离性.
