杨永敢，博士，合肥工业大学副教授，硕士生导师。现为国际期刊《Construction and Building Materials》、《Emerging Materials Research》、《Journal of Building Materials》等期刊审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、国家重点研发计划项目子课题、国家重点实验室开放课题等科研项目10余项。发表高质量学术论文40余篇，其中SCI论文30余篇，申请国家发明专利10余件。获青海省科技成果奖1项，参编教材1部，主编/参编国家标准和行业标准共4部。
