杨敏，男，汉族，安徽霍山人，博士毕业于中国科学技术大学管理学院，现任合肥工业大学管理学院副教授，博士生导师。目前主要从物流与供应链管理，评价理论与方法等方面的研究工作，研究成果主要发表在《Production and Operations Management》《European Journal of Operational Research》《OMEGA-International Journal of Management Science》《Journal of the Operational Research Society》《Annals of Operations Research》以及《Applied Energy》等国际SCI A/B类期刊以及《中国管理科学》《系统工程理论与实践》等国内A类期刊上。本人先后主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、安徽省自然科学基金面上项...
