Dr. Zhenchun Wei is an Associate Professor. His main research interests include Internet of Things, distributed intelligence, deep learning, lightning monitoring, edge computing, and automatic driving. As Principal Investigator, he has presided over sub projects of the National Science and Technology Support Program, the New Teacher Fund Project of the Doctoral Program Fund of the Ministry of Education, the Guangdong Province Industry University Research Integration Project, the Anhui Province Science and Technology Major Special Plan Project, the Anhui Province International Science and Technology Cooperation Plan Project, the Jiangsu Province Natural Science Foundation Project, the Anhui Province Natural Science Foundation Project, and other projects. As the technical leader, he has presided over national international scientific and technological cooperation projects, national IoT development special fund projects, etc. He has received 2 second prizes of Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, 1 third prize of Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, 1 third prize of Anhui Provincial Excellent Science and Technology Achievement Award for Higher Education, 2 first prizes and 7 second prizes of Anhui Provincial Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award, 2 Hefei Science and Technology Awards, and 1 third prize of Anhui Book Award. He has published over 100 academic papers, including over 40 papers indexed by SCI and EI, co authored one book, participated in three textbooks, and co authored one translation book. He has participated in the development of one industry standard, obtained more than 10 authorized invention patents, and more than 30 software copyrights.
