Course Introduction:• 该课程讲授各类变流装置中发生的电磁过程、基本原理、控制方法、设计计算、实验技能及其技术经济指标。重点介绍功率二极管、普通晶闸管(SCR)、电力场效应晶体管(MOSFET)和绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)等电力电子器件的工作机理、特性和电气参数;分析DC/DC变换器的几种基本结构、换流原理及基本特性;分析DC/AC无源逆变电路的基本原理;分析AC/DC基本原理,详细介绍二极管不控整流电路、晶闸管相控整流电路、晶闸管相控有源逆变电路、全控器件PWM整流电路的工作原理、换相方法、波形分析和参数计算;介绍AC/AC原理,介绍交流调压电路、交流电力控制电路和交交变频电路的工作原理;介绍软开关技术的基本概念;锻炼学生对于变流装置的基本调试实验方法,该课程支撑毕业要求1、2、3、4、5、7。
