Prof. Zijun Wu received his B.Ec. in Statistics from Anhui University of Technology in July 2006, M.Sc. in Pure Mathematics (under the supervision of Prof. Shuguo Zhang) from Sichuan University in July 2010, and Dr. rer. nat. in Operations Research (under the supervision of Prof. Michael Kolonko) from TU Clausthal in April 2015. Before joining Hefei University of Technology in July 2024, he worked as post-doc (under the supervision of Prof. Rolf Möhring) at BISEC from July 2015 to July 2017, as an Assistant Professor at Beijing University of Technology from Aug. 2017 to Nov. 2017, as a reseacher at Hefei University from Dec. 2017 to Nov. 2020, and as a Professor at Hefei University from Dec. 2020 to July 2024. Now, he serves as a Vice Chair at The Anhui Key Lab from Urban Transit Security and Emergence Management, and as a Council Member at the Mathematical Programming Branch of the Operations Research Society of China. 

Prof. Wu's research covers various topics relevant to Operations Research (e.g., Algorithmic Game Theory, Traffic and Transportation Networks, Design and Analysis of Algorithms, Machine Learning, and Computer Simulation), and his work has been published in several prominant journals and conference proceedings (e.g., Operations Research, Mathematics of Operations Research, Mathematical Programming, IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation, AAAI). Moreover, his research has been extensively granted by institutions such as NSFC, Anui Science and Technology Department, Anhui Education Department, and others.
