Educational Background:  I received my B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and Automation in 2014 from Southeast University, a top 20 university in China. Between 2014 and 2020, I completed my Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering at China University of Petroleum (Beijing), specializing in laboratory hydraulic fracturing experiments. During my Ph.D., I went to the Department of Physics at the University of Toronto for one-year exchange. After my Ph.D., I hold a postdoctoral position at the Southern University of Science and Technology and worked as a research assistant at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Academic Portfolio: Over the course of my academic career, I have developed solid foundations in mechanical engineering, geophysics, and petroleum engineering. I have published over 15 peer-reviewed journal papers and 12 conference papers, with an h-index of 21 and over 900 citations. In 2023, I joined Hefei University of Technology (HFUT) as an assistant professor. My current research focus is on fracking engineering, CCUS and microseismic and acoustic emission monitoring.
