摘要:New energy vehicles are a strategic choice for the transformation and high-quality development of China’s automobile industry. This article describes an innovative approach to optimizing the thermal management of lithium-ion batteries using COMSOL and Simulink. Experiments show that under the ambient temperature of 301 Kelvins and different discharge rates, the battery thermal management system can control the maximum temperature of the battery at 305 Kelvins, and the temperature control accuracy error is 2.6% of the battery temperature, which significantly reduces the risk of thermal runaway and ensures the safe operation of new energy vehicles.
