Profile
Dr. Shaobo Wei is a Professor at School of Management in Hefei University of Technology. Prior to joining HFUT, Dr. Wei worked as an Associate Professor at School of Management in University of Science and Technology of China. He is a Visiting Scholar in National University of Singapore and City Univerity of Hong Kong. His research interests include human-AI interaction, digital supply chain management, supply chain network innovation, IT business value cocreation, and supply chain digitalization, etc. Dr. Wei has currently focused on Worldwide Innovation for Strategic supply chain, Digital commerce, and Operations Management (WSIDOM). He has published 2 research papers in Journal of Operations Management, 2 research papers in Decision Sciences, Journal of Business Ethics, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, Journal of Information Technology, among others. He has receieved Journal of Operations Management 2021 Ambassador Award Honorable Mentions.
