Wang Fangyue, associate Professor, was born in 1982. He obtained his bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees from Jilin University, Northwest University, and Guangzhou Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, respectively, from 2000 to 2010. From 2010 to 2014, he worked as a doctoral and special associate researcher at the University of Science and Technology of China. He joined the School of Resources and Environmental Engineering, Hefei University of Technology in May 2014. He is a member of the Rock and Mineral Analysis and Testing Professional Committee and the Microbeam Analysis and Testing Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Mineralogy, Petrology and Geochemistry. His research focuses on using LA-ICP-MS and other modern instruments to study the formation processes of rocks and ore deposits, as well as to identify mineralization patterns and guide mineral exploration.
