王成园，博士、副教授，硕士生导师，2016年获得中国科学技术大学管理学博士学位，主要研究领域包括组织创新、数字化转型、气候变化对组织的影响等，在国内外主流期刊如中国管理科学、Annals of Operations Research、Applied Economics、Journal of Consumer Behaviour等期刊发表论文20余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项、安徽省软科学项目1项，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项。出版学术著作1本。编写的工商管理案例入选第4、5届全国百篇优秀管理案例，获得全国企业管理现代化创新成果一等奖1次、二等奖2次。
