谭晓慧，女，博士，教授，博士生导师。本硕毕业于重庆大学，博士毕业于合肥工业大学。在合肥工业大学资源与环境工程学院从事教学及科研工作。现任中国土木工程学会工程风险与保险研究分会常务理事；中国岩石力学与工程学会滑坡与工程边坡分会理事；中国土木工程学会、中国岩石力学与工程学会、国际土力学与岩土工程学会会员；国际期刊《Engineering Geology》编委；多种国内外专业期刊的审稿专家；国家自然科学基金等项目的评审专家。
