Course Introduction:本课程为机械设计制造及其自动化专业选修课,它以数控机床为载体,介绍了数控技术的基本原理。主要内容包括加工程序编制,数控装置,插补原理与速度控制,伺服系统及位置检测,数控机床的结构与传动等内容。通过本课程的学习,使学生能将所学的数控基本原理与传统的机械制造理论及计算机、自动控制等知识融会贯通,掌握以现代信息技术为主要支持的机械制造、材料加工过程及其机电控制的基本原理、方法、工艺和设备的专业知识,并用之于数控机床产品的生产实践中。
