Course Introduction:开展CAD/CAM开放性综合性创新性实验,使学生熟练掌握数字化设计与制造的完整流程,完成一个从需要应用CAD/CAM技术才能实现的零件设计到加工的整个数字化过程。本综合实验有三个层次组成:第一部分为复杂曲面数控铣削加工,由复杂曲面零件数字化设计、加工工艺设计、数字化自动编程和后置处理、数控加工仿真和数控加工五个部分组成;第二部分为增材加工:了解个性化定制零件(如鞋垫、矫形器等)的设计和3D打印制作原理及流程;第三部分为机器人加工:了解机器人化加工的应用场景及优势,熟悉机器人化加工的基本原理、方法和步骤。
