“黄山学者”学术骨干副教授,硕士生导师。2023年获中国科学技术大学博士学位,2024年于清华大学集成电路学院从事博士后研究,并入选清华大学“水木学者”计划。
主要研究方向包括柔性电子与智能可穿戴系统、低维光电神经形态器件、低功耗存算一体器件与系统以及纳米机电系统等。主持国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金等科研项目,致力于面向实际应用需求开展前沿交叉研究,推动科研成果向实际应用转化,并探索解决产业发展中的关键科学与技术问题。
目前已在 Advanced Functional Materials、Chemical Engineering Journal、IEEE Electron Device Letters、IEEE Sensors Journal、Chip 等学术期刊发表研究成果,并担任国际期刊 Electronics 客座编辑。
研究工作融合光学、电子学、微纳器件、机械工程与人工智能等多学科方向。热忱欢迎对柔性传感器、新型存储与计算器件、微纳集成芯片、AI计算等领域感兴趣的同学加入团队,共同开展前沿交叉研究。
