平兆武，男，1984年6月出生，香港中文大学博士，韩国首尔大学博士后研究员，安徽省高层次人才，IEEE高级会员，现任合肥工业大学教授、博士生导师。曾任自动化系副主任。主要从事非线性控制理论、多智能体系统协同控制和机电系统控制等方面的研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项。以第一或通信作者在IEEE Transactions on Control Systems Technology, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems, Control Engineering Practice, Science China Information Sciences, International Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control, American Control Conference, IEEE Conference on Decision and Control, IFAC World Congress等控制主流期刊和会议上发表学术论文50余篇。授权国家发明专利11项。担任中国自动化学会会员和中国自动化学会控制理论专委会非线性系统与控制学组委员。担任SCI期刊Transactions of the Institute of Measurement and Control 副主编。担任多个国内外控制会议的程序委员会委员和邀请组主席，包括：IEEE International Conference on Control & Automation技术程序委员会委员（2020、2022、2024、2025、2026）；International Conference on Control, Automation, and Systems国际程序委员会委员（2014、2020）；中国控制会议程序委员会委员（2016）；中国自动化学会第31届青年学术年会程序委员会委员（2016）；IEEE International Conference on Information Science and Technology程序委员会委员（2013、2014）；中国控制会议Recent Advances on Analysis and Design of Motion Control Systems邀请组主席（2018）；亚洲控制会议Design, Control and Observation of Motion Systems邀请组主席（2017）。所培养研究生已经在电动汽车用永磁同步电机控制、机器人控制、飞行器控制等领域开展了一系列研究，并取得一些研究成果。就业单位包括上海华为科技有限公司、泰瑞达（上海）有限公司、杭州海康威视科技有限公司、航天科工火箭技术有限公司、阳光电源股份有限公司、山东移动通信集团济南分公司等。
