Course Introduction:本课程的教学，力图使学生较系统地了解和掌握有效沟通的基础理论知识和基本技能，包括语言沟通与非语言沟通、有效倾听技巧、会议沟通、商务谈判、跨文化沟通等主要内容。通过对这些内容的讲述，让学生了解和掌握有效沟通的基本要素，把握有效沟通的重点，能够很好运用各种沟通技能熟练应对各种商务沟通活动。本课程课堂讲授和课堂讨论、练习并重，通过互动式的课堂讨论和案例分析来增强学习的兴趣，使学习者能将学习到的相关理论与概念充分运用出来。
