罗浩，男，安徽太湖人，合肥工业大学化学与化工学院应化系讲师，硕士生导师。近年来主要从事能源电催化及新能源材料等方面的科研与教学工作。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、合肥工业大学学术新人B项目、中国电力科学研究院合作研究项目、合肥工业大学智能院培育项目等科研项目，以第一或者通讯作者在Matter, Small, Carbon, J. Power Source, Chem. Common等国际期刊发表论文15余篇。
