李奇越，1983年生，工学博士，教授，博士生导师，IEEE Senior Member，安徽省自动化学会会员，安徽省机器人学会会员，IEEE PES电力系统通信与网络安全技术委员会无线通信技术分委会常务理事。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项，安徽省自然科学基金能源互联网联合基金重点项目1项，安徽省自然科学基金1项，其他省部级项目2项。获安徽省科技进步一等奖、合肥市科技进步三等奖，安徽省教学成果二等奖、三等奖。国家自然科学基金函审专家，IEEE Trans. Wireless Communications, IEEE Trans. Vehicular Technology, VTC, WCNC, ICC, Globecom审稿人, CCNC/VTC 2017 TPC.，发表学术论文50余篇，获得授权发明专利16项。
