Course Introduction:通过本课程的学习,使学生对半导体器件和半导体集成电路的制造工艺及原理、工艺设备及工艺流程建立一个较为基础和全面的概念,并具有一定的简单器件结构分析、设计以及解决工艺问题的能力。主要讲授内容包括:半导体物理基础;半导体器件物理基础:PN结、双极型器件物理、场效应器件物理;集成电路工艺基础:扩散和离子注入两种掺杂技术;外延和氧化、PVD、CVD等薄膜生长技术的原理、工艺过程和影响质量的诸多因素;光刻和刻蚀微细图形转移技术;标准CMOS及双极工艺流程及集成电路工艺生产汇总等问题。并简单介绍了工艺集成技术和工艺技术的发展趋势等问题。
