侯晓伟，男，博士，副教授；地质资源与地质工程博士学位，The Pennsylvania State University 联合培养博士，江苏省优秀博士学位论文获得者；讲授《非常规能源流体地质学》《岩体力学与工程》《水文学原理》等本科生及研究生专业课程；研究领域包括：非常规能源开发，碳/氢储存，矿山安全与环境；主持国家及安徽省自然科学基金等项目，以第一/通讯作者在 Chemical Engineering Journal, Rock Mechanics and Rock Engineering, International Journal of Coal Science & Technology 等期刊上发表SCI/EI论文50余篇；授权发明专利/软件著作权10余项，参编国家能源行业标准2项；担任Scientific Reports 和《现代地质》编委，International Journal of Coal Science & Technology ,《煤田地质与勘探》《非常规油气》《东北石油大学学报》等期刊青年编委；获安徽省研究生教学成果一等奖，合肥工业大学教学成果一等奖 。
