MORE+何叶,博士,硕士生导师,目前主要从事电气工程的教学工作和电力系统及其自动化专业的科研工作。
主持/承担国家自然科学基金项目2项(青年科学基金项目、合作主持联合基金重点资助项目)、安徽省重点实验室开放基金1项、中央高校科研项目2项;参与香港研资局FDS项目1项、IIDS项目1项;主持国家电网公司委托科技项目多项。
在IEEE Trans. Smart Grid、Applied Energy、Renewable Energy、Energy、《电力系统自动化》等国内外学术期刊发表学术论文近30篇,其中以第一作者/通信作者发表SCI/EI期刊论文20篇、ESI高被引论文1篇。授权发明专利6项。

主要研究领域:
针对配电网面向分布式电源大规模接入的瓶颈问题,聚焦建模、市场、运行、控制技术,提高新型配电网的安全、稳定和经济运行水平,促进分布式电源就近消纳,支撑多元新主体、新业态创新发展!
新型配电系统:以多元主体的新型配电网为研究对象,研究新型配电网的态势感知、群控方法;
新型储能系统:研究源/网/荷各侧多元化多类型储能的商业模式、运行调度、交易机制;
多市场交易:研究电-碳-绿证多市场的交互机理和市场机制;
海量资源聚合:研究灵活性资源的聚合、柔性负荷互动参与需求侧响应、虚拟电厂。

热烈欢迎电气工程、计算机、自动控制、数学等相关专业背景的本科生报考,招收电气工程学硕(二级学科电力系统及其自动化)、专硕(能源动力,二级学科电力系统及其自动化);同时,欢迎对科研感兴趣的本科生加入课题组,共同进行科研课题研究,开展大创、挑战杯、互联网+等课外科技竞赛活动。
课题组依托电能高效高质转化全国重点实验室和新能源利用与节能安徽省重点实验室,研究方向紧密结合工程实际,具有良好科研氛围。课题组不定期同国家电网公司等科研单位进行交流,与南洋理工大学、香港理工大学、香港城市大学、新南威尔士大学等多名院士、IEEE Fellow、知名教授有长期合作,可安排课题组硕士研究生到国网科研单位实习、推荐到国内外知名高校进行深造。
